Florida is new and not really a rival as Gators do not travel well for basketball. ESPN pushes for it because Florida is a big market (the state) but making it the primary rival will become a drag in a post Billy Era.
Historically Vols and Dores have been the best games.

UF isn't going anywhere any time soon, whether that is with Billy or not.
UF and UK have to play twice every year. It is good for the league.
