That's not even close to correct.

I guess Rick Ray was playing DE and cut Damien. What an a-hole.

Speaking of Rick Ray its interesting to believe that we actually have a full and eligible 13 man roster, 15 if you count Bear and Elijah Staley.

So was Damien Robinson going to start at RT or not? I can't seem to get a clear answer on that.

Losing depth at tackle isn't good in any circumstance, but if he wasn't a starter then you can at least not worry too much.

Even then, if we lost a guy like Robert Conyers (our backup RT for now), I'd still be worried just because of how thin we are already.

No. Would have been nice to have him for depth purposes though.

Honestly, if a young guy gets some snaps and experience out of this, it's not that big of a deal. Just sucks that so much potential has been absolutely sidelined for 5 years.

I remember hearing negative things about him when he was being recruited. He was just one of those guys that was overrated coming out of high school I think.

He faded down the stretch in that class, IIRC. he was big early on because of his measurables but teams started backing down during his senior season.

Yeah he started out as a high 4* because he was 6'7" and 300 lbs. in high school. Once his footwork was kind of exposed people started to think twice.

Yep, footwork not good and he just doesn't seem to have that aggressive mean streak on the field needed to be an outstanding college player.

I can definitely see using Rufus on some tackle eligible plays this year. LINK
