Helmets at least? I have a neighbor who had about a 6 year old girl on a kid size 4 wheeler riding around without a helmet.

Those things terrify me. I've heard so many horror stories about kids in accidents, and my SIL, being a pediatrician, has put the fear of God in me about 4 wheelers.
