you dont have to be 300+ if you're strong and quick So maybe a good change

For offensive linemen, first step is all important. They must be quicker than the defense. If the OL gets position on the DL, they can guide the DL away from the ball. Let's hope the OL are getting proper agility drills so they can be in position.
