Have you ever eaten a good meatball sandwich, crusty soft bread, tangy marinara, mozzarella gooing out the sides, little bit of meat grease on one of your favorite shirts, burn your mouth a little cuz its too good to let cool down all the way?

Philly Cheesesteak ... Delicate shredded tender meat folded with sumptuous grilled onions and cheese, barely contained in a soft toasted french bread bun, hold at the wrong angle and a little drip of hot juice runs down to your elbow and its painful, but you cant stop.
