Gotcha. So you're proposing that the university essentially becomes a landlord, and leases space for the development of a public/private partnership in the creation of an entertainment district.

I would like the finished product - if it worked. But after the relative failure that was the Innovista, I doubt that that the university would want to get into another partnership. Of course, this is all hypothetical were we to allocate $100M. So yeah, in this scenario, I'm on board.

They could stand to beautify the north and south end zone bathroom/concession areas... throw in some more lighting, paint it a little bit, maybe grade down the ground and repave it.
