1) Build a tram/light rail running through campus w/ a final destination stop at Williams-Brice
2) Build footbridges at corner of George Rogers Blvd & Bluff Rd
3) Buy out Shuman-Owens and create new parking

Wheel really hit the nail on the head here, making the area pedestrian friendly and easier travel to and from the stadium would be amazing.

Is this still in the plan? I remember seeing a mockup of a foot bridge before the remodeling of the farmers market. It looked awesome.

Pretty much buy out all of the old shitty warehouses and beautify it with fields/trees. More tailgate space and would cut down on people's walking distance.
This, combined with a light rail/trolley/shuttle from campus, would be really nice.
