If anyone needs to RS it is Channing Ward. I would RS that kid and place one GA to him. I would tell that graduate assistant yourjob this entire season and off season is to get THIS kid mentally ready. I just don't get it. I've never even seen flashes with this kid. He is just a athletic freak of nature. The switch just needs to come on.

I just don't see what CW is going to learn in a RS year that will be some revelation for him. Dude's been in the program a while now. Freeze needs to start RSing people no matter what. Too many Dodson, Moore, and Ward's walking around with blown tFr. years.

Dodson still can make a career out of it. So can Kailo. CW...The guy is about to be a junior and the light switch is taped down. I say at least give him the rs year to see if it helps.

Right, I'm not saying their careers are done and that they somehow can't succeed. It is just I feel that those guys should be walking around with a RS in front of their names. There are more too. I just feel if the kid is not needed to play this year and won't be in the NFL in 3 years... redshirt, redshirt, redshirt.
ETA I understand we probably promised a few of these guys they wouldn't redshirt, but we should be able to convince them what is really good for them. (Looking at you, Dodson).

I have no idea how Stringfellow would get cleared but I would a. Lock myself in my bathroom for 10-15 minutes, and b. Love a quote from Bo Pellini on the matter.
