Uh, A&M owns Houston. This is like saying "you're crazy if you think UGA is going to come take Atlanta from Auburn."
LSU does well in Houston, relatively, but TAMU increasing its hold won't help at all.

aTm does not "own" Houston. LSU has carved out a huge base there.
