more ignorance. lsu has a huge alumni assc in houston and lsu gets a significant number of recruits from houston. you have no idea what you're talking about. lsu's presence in houston had essentially nothing to do with the sec bringing in a&m. they were other factors.

I don't know about that. While I agree it doesn't always mean success, money helped catapult UF from an afterthought school to a top 3 athletic program in the country.

TBH, TAMU has underachieved considering the resources at their disposal. They'll tell you they haven't always been so huge, however.
