Volnation has 3175 users online right as I type this right now.
It is extremely easy to navigate and VERY popular and has a very high post count.
It and TD are the best two IMO. Cockytalk is also well run and clean, but there just isn't the traffic.

Don't know what sites are the best but I know what the worst is: TigerNet.
That site makes me ashamed to be a Gamecocks fan.
