If the rumors are true and the girl made the story up, then let him back on the team. But that needs to get out to the public. And if that true, he shouldn't be charged at all.

May not even need a vote. Simple battery is the initial charge. Still room to plea that down

Miles stated to the press that he will continue to discipline Mills internally.
Mills was suspended from the team for the entire summer pending investigation of the incident.
Mills was charged with a misdemeanor because the investigation detailed that it wasn't even determined that Mills was involved. There was some doubt as to the identification by the female apt. resident of who hit her; and Mills has maintained his innocence and that he was not even in the hallway at the time.
There was not and will not be a "team" vote because there is no reason for one.
Again, Miles has reiterated that he will discipline Mills if he feels the investigation's outcome warrants it, including suspension for a game(s).
