FSU was the best opponent of all the teams the SEC faced during the steak and probably better than all of the teams you listed, save perhaps Miami in '92.
Not even close. Just keep telling yourself that.

Which teams would you argue? Maybe LSU, but clearly they had a major hole at the QB position. FSU did everything pretty well. They had a great team.

It would be like going through 2009 and then losing to Texas for the title. No thanks.

FSU and Ohio St. in 2007 were the two worst opponents during the SEC's national title streak, which was lost last year. The best losing team was LSU in 2011.

2013 was just ridiculously awesome. Sorry we lost the NC game, but given what a shite show 2012 was, with a new coach, etc., it was just outstanding.

The problem with luck is, it's rare and unpredictable.

FSU 2013 would have beat OSU 2007, Oklahoma 2008, Texas 2009, Oregon 2010, likely the LSU 2011 team that showed up and easily the 2012 Notre Dame. The only possible argument is LSU 2011. Man what if we had knocked Famous out of the game.

Florida State last year would have beaten the piss out of Notre Dame in 2012.

Still one of the greatest season in SEC history. The NC would have been the cherry on top of the Sundae especially in light of our previous season.
BAMA: We came back from a 14 point deficit to Bama (Also from 24 in 2010), games are for 60 minutes. UGA came back from 20 in the last quarter alone.
TRAY SCORED TOO SOON. Wish he had not broke a tackle at the 20.

I assume you mean "affect"...it did not affect how I view the season.

FSU played a really weak schedule last year.
