re: Spav: Starting QB to be named 8/16-8/18ish

Pretty standard practice really. Both Candidates gets reps with the first team on generalized plays of the offense. After the starter is named then majority of the reps goes to the starter and the Coaches implement the bulk of the playbook/scheme for the upcoming game.
