Yes

he would have the power to bring and retain a 3rd NHL franchise in Atlanta

Wait, why would he abuse his power for something so sinister? We already are getting fricking MLS. Maybe he can sabotage that.

put the new Braves stadium on top of the current Tech campus where it belongs

I like that. And then bulldoze the rest of campus for tailgating.

he would personally reimburse UGA for the rent we would be losing by bulldozing Sanford West, because he's just that good of a guy

I like that. It really does hurt the ATL alumni. We can draw from GT's endowment and reimburse extra gas expenditures.

Or he can order ice to be put in the new robo-butthole and grass in Phillips just to frick with the Falcons/Hawks/MLS teams. I may actually attend a Hawks game played on a grass court. Would definitely get smashed and go watch a bunch of europussies flail about on a pitch of ice.

Was there ever any other option? Think of it: Atlantic Station and the Varsity within walking distance. Marta trains actually nearby. Closer proximity to Buckhead. WHY HAVE WE NOT DONE THIS YET???
