Man don't I know it! I'm right there with you. I really think this guy is going to change more than the environment.
I believe he will coach them up. Personally I think this is why he is having success with the newer guys like Aaron Davis and the others.
I remember what one of my Executive Officers said a long time ago,"You give me a guy who hasn't already done the job over a guy that has been doing it for a few years and I'll show you someone who I can train to be a successful leader." Which was boss speak for I don't have to teach this guy to forget all the bad habits he has learned.
