Is this thread the answer to yesterday's "What rustles LSU's jimmies the most?"

HFA has a very minor impact. Being a good team on the other hand...

Then why did that team that was so good lose so many more games away from home?

A&M has beaten TCU 23 times in a row. I understand why he hates us so much.

TCU has sucked about 98% of that time.

Because they play much weaker OOC games at home.

A&M for sure, they've lost every single big game they've played at home for 2 straight years.

Where Arkansas is 2-10. Good call.

One of those two was a biggie though...the "We got dat wood" game from D-Mac. Fortunately, things still turned out well for LSU after that one.

You do know that was from 1982-2007 right?

Yes sah. That includes two years where LSU won a BCS title. So in other words LSU has an extreme HFA when the team is good but not a good one if the team isn't good just like every other school

Wait. Wait just a second.

You mean LSU won more games when they were good than when they were shite? That OBVIOUSLY means HF advantage isn't a factor. You guys are dumb.

Bama had a good but not great team in 2008. Hell, John Parker Wilson and Glen Coffee started for us.

Not only are you a POS for insulting your own players, but you clearly didn't even start following Bama until '09 if you think Glen Coffee wasn't good.

What do you not understand? Read the title of the thread. LSU easily has the most overrated home field advantage.

Since November of 1999, LSU has lost 11 home games at Death Valley. Only 3 (three) of these 11 home losses since 1999 have been to the university of Alabama. THREE. And two of those three were decided in the final seconds...

And of those 11 total home losses since 1999, three of those were in overtime, and only 2 were decisive losses! - Bama in '02 and Ole Miss in '08 !!

BTW, LSU is 16-16-1 vs alabama since 1982..

UGA beat the dog shite out of LSU at Tiger Stadium in '08 too. 3 of the 11 home losses came that season.

What an impressive road record. Care to share Alabama's record in Death Valley also?
