So this is the indicator of coach rankings? How many times you beat Saban?
You've got to beat Saban to even have a shot at winning the SEC West. See 2010 Arkansas, 2011 LSU, 2012 LSU & Texas A&M, 2013 Auburn. Losing to Alabama only hurts your chances.

Imagine what he'd do with Top 10-15 recruiting classes each year. He builds a program with 2-3*'s. Same could be said for Bielema when he was at Wisconsin.

I have to assume the list has been made off both past and present status for the coach since the ole ball coach is number 2.
So you don't think what Spurrier has done at SC solidifies him at that #2 position?

Looks about right but I'd really like to see one more season with Sumlin and two more with Gus. I'm just not sure where to rank Gus at this point. He could go one higher or 2-3 lower just not enough resume as an auburn HC

USCe is 5th in wins since Spurrier arrived in 2005.
LSU
UF
UGA
AU
USC
Couple that with his time at UF and I would say that puts him #2.

He spanked that tigah azz just 2 yrs ago and went 11-1...when did Arkie or Moo State do that?
PS...tigahs come to Swamp this year and we wont be playing 2nd string qb or have a bunch of injuries....prepare uranus accordingly.

From the best I can tell SC had an overall losing record of 500-507 prior to Spurrier's arrival. They now sit at 577-546. What Spurrier has done is nothing short of amazing IMO...and the line between #1 and 2 is very slim.
