in the spring scrimmages Sims was putting up lots of passing yards. I think he has enough of an arm to be a true dual threat. He's not Cam Newton, but he can make things happen with his arm or his legs. I think some of yall are underestimating his arm talent. I just dont think the coaching staff would have kept him at QB for all these years if they didnt think he had the ability to be a competent passer.
