I get his point but don't you think that's part of the problem? There does not appear to be any real pressure on Richt to push for more.
It seems like there's a small segment of UGA fans that realize he's unlikely to ever win an NC and wish him gone while the rest are okay with maintaining a consistent, if not exciting football program
