I think it is lost on some LSU fans that not only is UT just as historically (maybe even more so) good as Florida, they had a better record than Florid last year.

the fact that you think this matters to the point really shows how deeply confused you are about the actual issue.

C'mon man.

It's Tennessee. They can be decent, but they have no elite recruiting base like Texas, la, miss, Bama, Florida, Georgia, south car. ECt.

And before you point to the past, let me remind you that LSU and Florida have a war annually.

You guys have won how many straight?

Tennessee's proud history has done nothing to improve the quality of their program of late. It doesn't stop teams like Alabama and Oregon from treating them like a baby treats a diaper.

Florida went through their worst year of football in 40 years last year and still beat Tennessee. Since the SEC expanded in 1992 Florida has beaten Tennessee 17 times in 22 opportunities. In the last ten years they have won 9 of 10.

Historically Tennessee is the more storied program but that is irrelevant unless you are a football historian. Florida today has innate and decisive advantages over Tennessee as a program and that shows in the last several decades.
