Well as long as we are on the topic of current history, we are currently doing just fine in recruiting and we are also the team that prevented USC a chance to win their first ever SEC title.

Not bad for one of Tennessee's worst and most undermanned team ever to beat one of the best South Carolina squads ever assembled and to extend our all time series lead to 21-5.

But such is life.

When Rodney "The Bag Man" Garner was at Tennessee from what, 96-97, somewhere around there, UT cleaned-up in the state of Georgia.

So UGA/Donnan hired-him-away from UT and Georgia cut that connection off real quick ... but that fricking Garner hit South Carolina hard in the process.
