Probably a WR that has a better shot at All SEC, All American and to be drafted in the NFL. Hopefully those things are important to him and he LOI's with SC.
Just curious, but what is this based on? Besides Alshon Jeffrey, I couldn’t name another successful WR from SCAR. Not trying to be a dick, but your statement doesn’t make much sense seeing as UGA has SCAR covered in every major category, All-SEC, All-Americans, NFL players, etc.
Last point, let’s not forget UGA has Jacob Eason coming in 2016. A lot of recruitniks are calling him the best QB prospect in the last decade. High praise

SC has had Spurrier Jr now as the WR Coach for 10 years. UGA has a new WR Coach this season, who I don't believe has been a collegiate WR Coach before. Tenn's WR Coach has been the past 2 seasons.

The above link shows the number of All SEC, All Americans, and NFL Picks for WR by SEC Schools for the past 10 years. All the numbers for SC were earned by Spurrier Jr as the WR Coach. UGA's current WR Coach didn't contribute to those numbers and the only 2 WR's that count for Tenn's WR Coach were 2 draft picks (neither made an All SEC/All American list.)
Over the past 10 years, with Spurrier Jr as our WR Coach, SC has had a better track record of 1st Team All SEC, All American and NFL Picks for WR's than UGA or Tenn.

Successful in what ways?
Between Sterling Sharpe, Robert Brooks, and Sidney Rice Gamecock WRs practically made Brett Favre's career.
Kenny McKinley set some school records, had been in the NFL a couple of years before he shocked everyone and took his own life.
Troy Williamson had a good enough career here to be the #7 draft pick overall (in the 2003 or 2004 draft I think). He did bust in the NFL but was certainly skilled here, and in a Holtz era were we didn't have much of a passing game.
So there are five more that I can think of off the top of my head besides the ones already listed.
