Like I posted somewhere else, the ESPN/ABC/Disney contracts all come up on Sept. 30th. If these companies don't pick up the network, ABC can say "well then we won't let you have abc/disney either" and it'll strong arm them into coming up with a solution.. so I'd imagine Charter will agree by then at the latest.
