More than any other group of people, doctors and caseworkers who deal with psychiatric patients on a day to day basis should be carrying. And they should be doing it everywhere. I'd put teachers as the second most in need of firearms.

My wife is a 5th grade teacher. I would say I agree but the country isn't their yet. They fear a loose cannon teacher over a lone gunman. One loose cannon teacher and the entire country would want to ban guns. I definatly understand the need because teachers especially in high school are under a constant threat.
