Tigerband has a better sound and is more entertaining. TAMU has more precise marching.
They're both quality outfits, but I have to go with the one with better quality of sound. Also, Tigerband plays more challenging music, and doesn't remind one of Germany circa 1939.

Y'all hang your hat on music, we hang ours on marches. Both have their merits.
We were a big part of kicking Germany's arse in the heydey of those unis, tho
