It's not self defense if they were running away. No reasonable person would beleive their life was in danger. They had robbed him more than once, they pushed him down. Vengeance isn't justification for killing someone.

I wanna know how many of these people who think it's perfectly fine to murder a pregnant woman, and thus her unborn child, are adamantly against abortion.

Most reasonable people would be terrified that people who knew where they lived and managed to break in once were still out there.

So he was obviously making sure it didn't happen again. Good for him. He is too old to serve time even if he is found guilty of something.

I love how people judge his actions w/out being in his shoes. If you had just been attacked you are not going to be thinking rationally and you are going to do whatever your instincts tell you. This guy did nothing wrong. They started it, he finished it.
