Does the responsibility lie on the woman for putting herself in an extremely dangerous situation while pregnant(if she was telling the truth)?
Or could the man have handled the situation more peacefully if his life wasn't actually in danger?

Shooting someone in the back as they're running away is murder. It's just that simple.
