That's just it. People don't know if he'll be a good Head Coach over a longer period of time than a year. How will he do in a 5 year stretch in the SEC at the same school in the same position? Reasonable question.

He is entering year 5 at AU with a 10 month break in there...I'd say he is doing just fine.
