But if you marry someone that you trust, are faithful, and plan to be with that person "til death do you part" how is feminism and the courts ruining marriage?

You would think knowing the courts could frick you would make people take it more seriously.

I think it's painting with a broad brush, but if I caught my stay-at-home wife cheating on me and we divorced, she'd get half of everything, the kids, legal fees, and child support. Despite not having made a salary for 9 years. Thank God Texas doesn't have alimony to boot with that.

I don't know if feminism is to blame here, but the courts have effed up royally with precedence that that is an acceptable outcome.
