I'm just wondering how the vetting process would go if it is only a one sided conversation. Say someone asked for entrance onto a board with a well thought out entrance request and then it's put to a vote by that boards admin. The applicant would only get that opening salvo without a chance to rebut any criticism that was raised in the vetting thread. Would it be possible to restrict someones access to a team board in order to post solely in an application thread? Or even a sub board on the help board for those issues?

Don't get me wrong. I think this is a great site and I thoroughly admire the work you guys do to make it so.
