These are all solid. I'd add Kerrville, Boerne, Marble Falls and Dripping Springs to the list, though Boerne is becoming more of a suburb. The old part of a Boerne with the town center is still cool though with all the local shops and biergartens

? Sorry, I've spent most of my life here (born and raised in the Houston metro area) and I really can't think of any small towns in this area that would be considered nice...maybe Old Town Spring?

There really aren't many good ones in the Houston metro. Within close driving distance I'd put Brenham, CS and Bryan in there. Though I don't know if many on here would consider CS and Bryan small towns with 90k+ plus people, they're just small compared to the Houston metro nearby

Montgomery isn't bad either actually. Very small town but has a nice restored town center and some nice homes on lots of land outside of it
