Arkansas' OOC schedule isn't much better, Tech was 7-5 last year in a bad conference and isn't much better (if any) than UCF. The other three games are UAB, Nicholls State and NIU.
Just because you have a realistic chance of losing one of your OOC games doesn't make it significantly tougher.

UCF isnt bad, and while IU sucks, it's better than a directional school type team.
