Thanks for the info - looks like she has really good bat control with power and is a smart base runner. Has anyone heard about any potential transfer pitchers? That's really the missing piece for this coming season, I think. It's reasonable to expect Paige Lowary to come in and steady that 2nd pitcher sot, but as a freshman who really knows. I think I saw that a few of the best transfer pitchers have already signed somewhere else. I'm also curious...does anyone know if Paige Parker ever really considered Mizzou? She's a high quality all American lefty from the KC area....I'd think Ehren Earleywine would have really wanted her.

Reedus you seem to know alot about the softball team. I was in Atlanta airport last Saturday wearing my Missouri polo and a woman came up to me and starting asking me questions about Mizzou. She had here daughter with her and they were on a 3 week softball tournament adventure. Her daughter is a senior in high school and has a scholarship offer to Missouri. From Oregon. It is down to Missouri and Oregon but she does not have an offer from the Ducks as of yet. I did not ask her name. Do you know if we offered a scholarship to anyone from Oregon? ?

My best guess is that Lowary committed very early on and perhaps EE felt the need to only take 1 pitcher. Though Parker is enough of a studette that I would have found room. Might be that she simply had no interest in Mizzou. OU has been a pretty damn good program as well.

Seems crazy, but here's an article (actually about an 8th grader that committed to Mizzou) talking about how early these commitments are coming in. I can only guess that that means some sort of offer has also been made, though I don't know that to be fact.
