I feel exactly the same as you. Note on the LB Ruise got most of the reps as a backup last year and he has dropped to 3rd string on last depth chart.

I'm assuming that's due to Biesel getting reps?
Edit: Ruise is 12 right? Not surprised he's dropped in the depth chart, the film is not kind to him.
