While on security one night in the deep woods of Georgia, I saw a tree with a dog hanging from a noose extremely high up in the air. Haven't told anyone until today, but it spooked me pretty good. I stopped patrolling that area.

So you witnessed the results of felony animal cruelty, while on duty, and ignored it... I see that and don't believe it
