I'm hopeful since the cops were called and address given, they checked it out.
I once ALLEGEDLY made what was called a "terrorist threat" on a tiny little fishing website and had the the FBI show up at work and drag me into my boss's nice office and interrogate me for an hour.
If the cops did nothing about this after being called, I would be very surprised and disappointed.
If this kid dies, and we can get confirmation in the coming days, the media will be involved to find out why the cops did nothing when they were presented with specific confirmed information.
In the end I don't even feel bad for the guy, but his family. Someone has to find him. Someone comes home from work and ready to kick off the boots, open a beer, and turn on the TeeVee... but no.... dead boy on the floor. And once the cops and coroner leave, the family has to start making funeral arrangements, big money, calling all family and friends... any of you ever have to make one of those calls?
riiiiiiing
riiiiiiing
"Hey deeprig, you little man-bitch, what's up?"
"Hey, um, I've got some bad news...."
And then make 25 or so of those calls.
Then your own phone starts blowing up with people grieving and/or trying to comfort you, when all you want to do is just be left alone....
And it goes on for a week or two...
And forever after when you walk in the door after a hard day of work, ready to kick off the boots and open a beer and watch some TeeVee, you'll remember and have to relive the time you came home that day and found the dead boy on the floor.
Pray for the family, they are the real victims here.
