That is true, but we were several hundred miles from Arkansas, and that never developed into a rivalry. i don't anticipate the aTm game to turn into a rivalry unless some things happen. (Famous pranks, players brawl, coaches consistently have talking season altercations, etc....)

Don't expect it to be a rivalry in that sense, more like a gentleman's duel type scenario.
Was merely stating that it would be a fun game to watch in the years ahead because of similarities between the two states.

I probably would have left it at that one offhand joke if they hadn't lost their minds over it. When I got the warning and saw my cleverly crafted had been deleted It made it personal. I loathe hypocrisy...

You got away with a bonfire joke? I thought those were taken as seriously as hurricanes, cancer and team vote jokes?

He and scrooster both hit them with bonfire jokes and yes the Aggies were understandably upset. Truth be told I'm surprised the posts weren't RA'd enough to warrant more than just a post deletion.
If someone get's banned for as long as CIYE did for his vote joke but all someone gets for a bonfire joke is a post deletion shows some serious sensitivity of the LSU faithful.

maybe the lsu admins realized through my great bansacrifice that tolerance is a 2 way street, maybe we're stepping forward all together into a brave new world and that we don't have to banish someone to change the message...maybe...they just DGAF about aTm, yeah that's probably it.
