Wow ... did any of y'all watch the Interview with Kayce Smith of TexAgs.com? She was very good. In particular I liked:
Q: How does A&M going to the SEC change the battle between Texas and A&M?
Smith (who I'd smash btw), "The move to the SEC .. Sumlin, Manziel, it was the perfect storm for A&M. The national exposure not only put A&M on the map, but it changed the way people perceive A&M and you see people like Drake repping A&M and the kids wanna see that. That's what recruits wanna see. I think that the perception is that A&M is now the 'it' program in the state of Texas. Right now A&M is on top and rightnow Texas has fallen ... especially on the recruiting trail."

Rooster, that couldn't be more true.
When she said "growing up, A&M wasn't "cool"" that was the other "head on the nail" comment.
tu was cool, no doubt. But it took Mack how many years to win a conf championship? It will take Sumlin a few years (possibly 2016&2017) to win a championship, but he will. The fact that A&M is getting 1st choice, makes all the difference in the world.
I really think the only thing tu can do to reverse this is to win big, now, before A&M does, or join the SEC.
