Mr. Peanut's work was indeed inspected. Not that that's even remotely the point ... but at this juncture, I don't think anyone is genuinely concerned that his cute stunts caused irreparable harm:

I don't know why you're willing to die in a ditch over your stance on this--unless you're simply one of those people who digs in his heels and refuses to change his mind, even when presented with new/differing facts.
