Citations and charges are also added to arrests, so that may be why you haven't heard much about it...

Makes sense. It struck me as odd because I thought Knox had been a lot more quiet lately as far as this kinda thing goes.

Usually this time of year I'm expecting a story to break about Justin Worley crashing an anthrax-infested Winnebago into a hospital ward full of terminal children, resulting in a 3 game suspension.
