It's almost like they're kids or something.
Not condoning or excusing, but it's not like stupidity/bad judgment is an uncommon trait with kids that age. No use getting frustrated over it.

in my circle of friends in college I do not know of one that was ever arrested in my 4 years. It can be done. It is called personally responsibility and either you have it or you don't have it. I guess it can be molded into college kids but most of that molding should have been done earlier. but with the rash of kids coming from broken homes and absent fathers I guess the molding went out the door.
