A zero tolerance policy will not be a fix. These players are already coming into a program none are prepared for even a JUCO transfer. The expectations are very high and stupid will just be stupid sometimes.

For the ones talking about team has lack of focus step back from the cliff. Every year UA seems to have issues with certain players who seem to get frustrated because they are falling behind the curve. Drake has Henry passing him and Reed for all the hype coming in does not seem to be passed the 2nd string for reps. All of these stories seem to be evolving around players who are struggling. And just because their focus is not there does not mean the team and the players we will see starting or making an impact are not.

And for the ones upset about a DUI or some stupid arrest, where were they when Pettway was let back on the team. Sorry what he did may the worst of any I have seen under Saban and he is back.

I was a vocal opponent to letting Pettaway back on the team. He doesn't deserve it.

As far as Reed goes, he will be suspended, and I hope it goes through the Florida game. Realistically, he will get a similar punishment to what Geno Smith got which was two games.
