I have had a lot of difficulties with COX and do not want to give them more of my money to get the shitty sports package required to get tSECN.

Anyone have any idea if I will be able to stream tSECN games on ESPN3 if I have COX?

ESPN3 is pretty Nazi about the blackout issue, so I would say you have a hard time if the game you want to stream is in your region.

If you are a subscriber to the required Cox sports package and are able to login to ESPN3 through your Cox provider ... then yes, you'll be able to stream WatchESPN and the SEC Network wherever and whenever you please because, as I understand it, they will be archiving shows, games, etc., ala YouTube style.

People still seem to be a bit confused about this...

Like other ESPN channels (ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU), you will be able to stream live SEC Network games digitally on WatchESPN, but only if you're already getting the SEC Network on your TV by subscribing to a provider that offers it AND purchasing whatever tier necessary for that channel. In other words, you won't have digital access without cable access.

The good news is if you live in an SEC state, getting the Network will NOT require adding an extra sports tier to your cable package. It will be on a low level of cable. Not the very lowest, but the next rung or two up from that.
