Any current meds will be an issue. I looked up that drug he is taking and for a recruiter there will be a lot of questions that will follow of why.
Just finished my 3 years of recruiting and honestly I never frauded any medical issues, but hey applicants and other recruiters do it all the time. If you really wanted to enlist and or this was a last option (which military shouldn't be a last option thing) get off of the drugs for 90 days, see how you're doing and go talk to a recruiter. You will have to not bring this medical condition or drug usage up because like I said more questions will come and you will be disqualified.
Good luck though! If you have anymore enlistment questions let me know.

Which branch? Surely Army and Navy will be more lenient than USMC and USAF.
