No. You are confusing Lucky with Exciting. Just because a game ends on an exciting play doesn't mean its Lucky. By your definition if Bama had made the FG they would have only won because they were lucky.

A play being lucky is based off of the odds of that play happening in that same situation. You kick a long FG with a bunch of fat boys on the field while the other team is set up to return then the odds of it being returned are pretty high. The UGA pass on the other hand is almost never going to be tipped right into the WR's hands.
