I can swing a few days of 3-4 hours in a row but it tends to catch up with me. I usually average about 5 when working. Right now on vacation I sleep 7-8 hours easy without an alarm.

When I'm on vacation I sleep til 9:00 or later and try to take an afternoon nap.
