Its really what you prepare yourself for. I will be up at 4:30am tomorrow. Asleep tonight by 12:00.
its just what I do and have done for over half my life.
The only time I can sleep is when my wife and I go on a vacation. Phone is off, no computer, no kids.... I usually drink all day, lay in the sun and its drains me. I can sleep around 6 hours then...

Probably about 6 on the reg. 8 on a good day

I wish I could do this. I probably would've finished school by now if I didn't enjoy sleeping in so much.
