5 hours a night. Have bee doing that for over 20 years
I just cant sleep. Never have. Even drunk, I only sleep 6 hours.
This week I have probably averaged 4.5 per night.
Sometimes I just wished I could sleep longer

4.5 hours that's crazy. If I get less than 6 I'm in a Zombie mode all day long.
