FWIW, I do think Freeze did his job above and beyond expectations. He was always going to be a bridge guy given the dumpster fire that Nutt left you with. He was merely setting things up for the next guy. Turns out he actually compiled a staff that can recruit their asses off. A lot of talent should be in Oxford for the next guy.

The fact that Freeze took a 2-10 team and guided them to a 15-11 record since says a shitload. He's not an elite coach, but he is a good one for sure.

That has nothing to do with how sloppy and unprepared his team looks - at least they look that way to me. It doesn't take talent to be prepared or mentally tough.

I dont see OM beating Bama, Auburn and LSU. Especially LSU on the road. Egg Bowl might be a toss up depending on how Dak develops.
8-9 wins in the SECW would be impressive as hell though.

I think they beat either Bama or LSU. I really do think something inexplicable will happen and they lose to like Arky or aTm, though. It would really fit the WAOM bit. I'm pulling for them to win the West personally. I hope they go 10-2 and have the right wins to take a tiebreaker. Unlikely, but I would like it.
